I'm planning on starting a golf repair business i have alot of brand new sand wedge heads that me and my dad are going to put shafts and grips on and i have somebody building me a big wooden workbench for this but I want to know what all I need, I want to have everything because I'm going to be doing this as a hobby so tell me everything you can and hoops to get started. Thanks

Find a copy of a GolfWorks or Golfsmith annual catalog. These two companies are major sources of golf club assembly and repair hardware. It's easier to check out the offerings in catalog format than go clicking back and forth on a web site.

GolfWorks offers combination packages to set up a medium or large golf shop.

If you are new to this, your dad and you might go to the GolfWorks Club Fitting, Assembly and Repair school. It's a three-day school that costs about $400. I went and learned a lot. You also learn about the GolfWorks supply chain for club components, and can get advice on which shop set-up you might want.
