What is your putts/GIR average?

I think that the putts/GIR is a great stat for very good golfers. If you are say hitting 10+ GIR then it can tell you a lot about how someone putts. If you are only hitting 2-4 per round then it is a very limited stat. It is similar to total putts. If you miss the green by 1 foot and you are putting from the fringe and get it close you can end up with a 1 putt. Granted this is not a GIR, but it can make total putts look lower than it should be. I would say that overall I average slightly under 2 putts per hole, but not per GIR if that makes any sense. I tend to not 3 putt too often, I also tend to miss a good number of greens and end up with short chips or pitches into greens that leave me with shorter 1st putts. This will lower the potential to 3 putt.
