Everything from 8 iron to sandwedges I hit in the center of the club face. I consistently hit my 8 iron 155 especially since it's warmed up lately. My problem is that from my 7 iron to 3 iron I hit slightly to the inside of the club losing about 10 yards on all of these clubs. I recently had those clubs adjusted to 1 degree flat from .5 flat. i do feel like I make a better divot since I made this adjustment but haven't been able to center the ball up on the club face. Does anyone have any idea's of how to correct this?

Half a degree of lie angle barely makes a difference, unless you overthink it and try to compensate. I have a 7 iron that's 2 degrees different from the rest of my set at the moment, and I still hit everything fine when I'm swinging well.

I think your setup and fundamentals are the main culprit, especially since you're hitting the longer clubs poorly; they exaggerate swing flaws more than the short irons and can't be squared up with the hands as easily. I'd either see your pro or check whatever you base your setup off of for reference. It's very easy to let small details like posture or timing get thrown off as well as ball position and even the grip.
