Eric was already nice enough to give me a good answer to a question about an hour ago, but reading the short swing thread made me think of something. A couple of days ago, I think, I saw Eric refer to the modern swing as a width swing. Someone in the short swing thread said get your club to 90 degrees and hinge the right elbow, which I agree with, although this feels much different than the way I set the club if I make a longer one piece take away. I don't know if it would require a crazy long explanation, but what do you guys think the difference are, and relative advantages of each approach. Sorry if I misunderstood what you said Eric, I hope my question was clear enough.
