2-0 Against Chlsea isn't a bad result. Things are looking up now Roo and Ron are back. ( Forgetting Carling cup performances because it was a reserve team, and The CC doesn't matter anyway. )

He looks every bit as good as Rooney at the minuite. Plus if he's not shaping up there is always thet juicy big price tag waiting to be snapped up, there is bound to be good resale value on him, he's only 25!

What we really need is Louis Saha Back to full fitness ( or a Fernando Torres! ).

We don't own Tevez to sell him, he's on loan. And yea, Saha makes the perfect partner for a Rooney or a Tevez. It's a shame he is made of glass.

      Day 1 (19 Jan 26) - after a week lay-off due to travels, felt great to get in some drills in the backyard today.  Started with lead arm only short pitches focused on squared face and light divot post ball.  Haven’t done this in a while and it showed, with some skulls and slices.  Settled into easy flighted balls - wrapped up with standard two handed swings.  Good restart to the daily drills.

      That depends what you do within those two.  Are they your only options?   Check out Fit for Golf if you get a moment.  It's linked on the sidebar;  I did it for two years, stopped for a really bad reason, and I plan to get back to it soon.   Mike Carroll also has a great free podcast about a lot of topics in golf fitness.

      Day 30 - 2026-01-19 Got 10 minutes in on the mat / net working on exagerrating movements I'm working on. And grip. Also worked with my friendly AI to summarize key negative tendencies I have so that I can build a personal checklist to follow. Will do more mirror work tonight.
