I just want a ballpark estimate.

What are the odds of winning if you have a 2 stroke lead in round 2 ?

10%?   50%?   90%?

Family is pretty important. He probably had a good chance, but would you miss your daughters birth for a day at work?

What have the odds got to do with anything?

The guy has $10 million + in winnings and probably 5 times that in endorsement earnings.

It has nothing to do with money or wins at the stage he's at.

He made a decision that we can relate to in the sense that his potential million is a potential couple of thousand for most of us.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.
