New shaft to get the ball higher?

My driver , listed below, with the stock R flex shaft is Tip Firm, Low Torque (3.0). My shots with this club never really go up in the air and look like a golf shot should.

My 3 wood, listed below, with the stock R flex shaft is Tip Mid and the torque is 3.7. When teeing off or hitting out of the fairway with it my shots look like a golf shot should, i.e. it rises like I would expect it to.

Would a new shaft with similar specs to that shaft be better for me?
Or is it the loft of the clubs? 10.5 compared to 15.

If I went to a launch monitor what should I be looking to hit? Brands? Any particular specs?

buy my r7 425 10.5 with a stiff shaft and medium tip. i hit it way to high thats why im buying a new driver. whats ur swingspeed?
