Any fantasy baseball players who know any good follows on twitter or elsewhere? I joined a friends AL only league, don't follow baseball that closely. I'm a Mets fan so baseball gets depressing quick. It's a pretty deep league with weekly transactions and more starting positions on your roster than there even is starters in the AL. I think it's going to be pretty key to know which prospects get called up, who is going to start for a few weeks due to injuries etc.. But no clue where to find the best info for this.

The twitter presence of fantasy baseball is so enormous that it becomes difficult to sort through it all. If I were you, I'd start of following somebody like Eric Karabell ( @karabellespn) or The Roto Feed ( @therotofeed) for general fantasy baseball information.

For minor league specific, there is this guy Benjamin Hill ( @BensBiz). He has his ear close to the minor league scene and sends out a lot of information about it. The one problem is you'll have to do additional information about players he talks about. Just because he says Player X is tearing it up in AAA, doesn't mean he'll be in the bigs. There could be a situation where he is blocked by another player at the major league level already. Or, perhaps this guy is a 30 year old minor league journeymen going nowhere.

Personally, when doing AL/NL only leagues, I target set-up men (Joba Chamberlain; Nate Jones; Danny Farquhar) or backups who would benefit, and play well, with an injury to a starter (Ichiro; Daniel Nava; Sam Fuld).

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Matthew Berry (@MatthewBerryTMR) is pretty good as far as fantasy baseball guys go. He's a high volume tweeter though, so that can get annoying. Other good baseball accounts to follow are: Keith Law (@keithlaw). He's ESPN's resident draft and prospect expert. I've learned a lot about that stuff just from following him. He'll answer questions about young guys if you tweet at him. Jonah Keri (@jonahkeri). Really knowledgeable, and answers A LOT of questions on Twitter. I also follow a few of the SB Nation team baseball Twitter accounts. (i.e. the Red Sox one is @OverTheMonster, Yankees are @PinstripeAlley, etc.) Those are all at http://www.sbnation.com/blogs. They go pretty in depth, link to a lot of good articles about players.

In my bag:

Driver: Titleist TSi3 | 15º 3-Wood: Ping G410 | 17º 2-Hybrid: Ping G410 | 19º 3-Iron: TaylorMade GAPR Lo |4-PW Irons: Nike VR Pro Combo | 54º SW, 60º LW: Titleist Vokey SM8 | Putter: Odyssey Toulon Las Vegas H7

That was helpful. I followed the set-up strategy during the draft, will see how it goes.

    • Day 34 (14 Dec 25) - Got outside for a few moments to work on bump and runs with the 4h (again using the exaggerated weight shift reminder of the left (lead) heel). Finding that it helps keep the downswing arc extended.

    • I am currently playing a Cobra Ltdx LS 9 degree driver and Cobra Ltdx LS FW3. Both with Tensei White stock stiff shafts and original weights of 12g (heel) and 3g (toe). My miss is usually a pull fade or sometimes a slice, swing is out to in. Driver swing speed about 112 mph. Grips are stock regular. Intended change: Driver: Switching to Tensei White x-flex one inch shorter which I suppose would be 44,5? Changing heel weight to 18g. Changing grip to Golf Pride Z-grip cord midsize. Change hosel setting to standard draw. FW3: Changing heel weight to 16g (apparently not available in FW weights, but supposed to be something called "internal weight" a club builder can add which fits between the weight and the screw?). Change grip to Golf Pride Z-grip cord midsize. Changing hosel setting to standard +1. The goal is to 1) get better grip since I tend so lose grip in warm and moist conditions with the current grips and 2) mitigate the misses to start more straight with less side spin. Also considering adding the Cobra Ltdx LS FW5 instead of my old Taylormade R9 and getting 14g heel and 6g toe weights with the same grip as the others and hosel setting standard +1.   All of the above is based on conversations with ChatGPT and, as everyone knows, it can come up with pretty much whatever but I spent a few hours asking about different perspectives etc and this was the recommendation. So, my question is basically, does it make any sense?   Thanks.
