I found this walking around today and when I find Top Flites I usually just drop it into the fairway and just hit them into the woods or water or whatever is around me. Randomly I found a Top Flite strata TL tour and for some reason, without seeing it was a tl tour, started to juggle the ball. I was startled by the softness of this top flite... so I played some holes with it and performed just as well as every other three piece uretheune ball in my bag.

does anyone play these and do they still sell them?

Top Flite D2 FEEL (only the feel version) is really good for the price of 15/$15 at Wal Mart. Check those out.

Yeah I have to agree with you these balls are really really nice. I would never ever play a Top Flite but this ball is not like anything they have ever made before. Its a three piece ball with a urethane cover. I heard about them at the end of last year and Golfsmith had them for 10 dollars a dozen so I bought six dozen. I played with them at the start of this year but I had a lot of Hogan "The Hawk" remaining so I played them until I was out. I have just run out of Hogan's and am now into the Top Flite Strata TL Tour's. Nothing bad can be said about them, they go far, play great into the wind, spin back on wedge shots, and everything else. IMO they are very similar to Taylor Made TP Black, which I also play.

ok... for a second there I thought I was going crazy. Unfortunately I tried to carry a 290 yard creek and landed right in the drink... that was the last of the glorious Strata TL Tour

hopefully I'll find another one some day
