How much will a dent in my driver affect my drives ?

These two dimes sized dents are right next to each other, and they are a result of the terrible tee height from the practice mats at my range. I am still a beginner and so my ball flight is nowhere near consistent enough to tell if is affecting my ball flight ? Should I try and repair the club, replace it, or play it til it breaks ?

Not at all. As long as the dent isn't in the face, you're good.

Unless it sounds funny when it makes contact with a ball, I'd play it and not worry about it until (unless) it breaks.
