Hey guys, I just regripped with these in midsize at the encouragement of my clubbuilder. I have to say I like them very much! They look a lot like the original Golf Pride Tour Wraps, but better? I haven't played them in a down pour or anything, so I cannot opine there, in normal conditions they stick to my glove like crazy. And the best part? Made in the USA (sorry brethren abroad) and are only $2 per! Really good product. I will circle back with a durability report, but my clubbuilder says they last a long time. We'll see. Anyway thought I'd pass that along.

I put these on my son-in-laws clubs because they were so cheap. I have Golf Pride Tour Wraps on my clubs. The Golf Pride grips are far, far better. I won't be putting any of the Tacki-Macs on my clubs. It's worth the extra bucks. In fact I have a Tacki-Mac wrap on my hybrid which I will be replacing. Bottom line is, if you like them, go for it.

Really?  Are you referring to the Tour Wrap 2G's?  If so, I actually hated those - no offense or anything.  Completely cool if you like them.  Just shows different strokes for different folks!

The 2G's slipped on me at even a hint of moisture.  And I thought they wore very poorly.  Just my opinion.

I just checked my supply and they are Golf Pride Tour Wrap 2G. I think they are very tacky. I clean them before every round. I've had the one on my driver for a few years now. Some wear but still very tacky.

      To flog this subject even further, if that's even possible, this article from Golf Monthly just appeared today in one of my news feeds. Written by a golf writer in the UK who I never heard of, he's basically saying that there should be only 3-5 rounds from the most recent 20 that should count towards the average and only competitive rounds should count. He claims the erratic scorers would have less of an advantage than they do now. He makes a lot of references to "club golfers" in the UK being the ones who are mostly dissatisfied. https://share.google/qmZZBEoJvOxHxJGil  In my experience with my league where we have golfers with indexes ranging from 5 to 40, looking at the weekly results from the past two years, I can detect no pattern that would substantiate the claim that the current system gives an unfair advantage to either erratic golfers (aren't we all?) or higher handicappers. Apparently though, at least in the UK, this seems to be "a thing."
