My Swing (dfalter)

I've been Playing Golf for: ~10 years, but just started learning the correct way to swing a club about a year ago.

My current handicap index or average score is: 22

My typical ball flight is: Straight fade/slice, Push, Push fade/slice

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: Push and Fade/Slice

Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster. I have some slow motion videos (a few different irons ranging from 9 to 4) of my swing on the range. I can see that I am consistently coming over the top of the swing plane, but I'm not really sure why or what to work on. I don't think my takeaway looks right either, too much arm movement perhaps? I think I might be taking the club too far inside on the upswing.

Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site. Would recommend you start changing the downswing by working on these drills/feels.
