I've been Playing Golf for: 20 years ( only had handicap for past 4 years)

My current handicap index or average score is: 11 (CONGU)

My typical ball flight is:

The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: PUSH  and PUSH/SLICE

Hi all, first time posting but like to hand around and read threads.

I've been playing golf since my teens but only took it up seriously last 4/5 years.  Handicap started at 18, starting getting lessons 2 years ago.  Handicap came down from 15 to 10 last year.  I have moved up to 11 this year.  Struggling to play to 11.

Had to change coach this year as my last coach moved away.

went for first lesson on 11th May this year (first two videos) and had 2nd lesson on 16th June.

I had a real strong grip which was forcing me to push my hands forward to try and square club face, was also coming hugely from inside.

Still working on getting a better takeaway and trying not to over swing.

Currently working and try to 'Release the hands' and stop coming across at impact (Left shoulder very open)

Off the tee is killing me as can hit a driver/3 wood 50 yards right

Any hints and tips, drills would be great

1. Make sure to manage your angles. Get closer, and put the camera at hand height (at address/setup) and read and follow this: http://thesandtrap.com/b/playing_tips/filming_your_swing .

2. Make a half swing (what feels like it) and rip your arms down and forward. Like this:

Your swing runs on for a VERY long time and, which means your arms can't "get down" fast enough, which means you have to tip your head down and back, which leads to a "flip under" type of wrist throwing.

All that in the pictures below.
