Not sure what you want out of this. I removed the "go fund me" tags and "need sponsorship" tags, though.

Moe didn't really stand like you do at address. A face-on video would be nice.

I sense hostility.   I hope I am wrong.

I posted a YouTube video of my swing in the member swing forum.  I followed your instructions.  I don't even know what "tags" are used for, and was just typing things on my mind at the time, really.  Feel free to stifle my freedom of "tag" speech however you like--it's your website.  I guess you don't know what it's like to be a highly talented player with hardly any money to support my endeavors.  It's not like I have an actual "gofundme" page.  It's not like I'm begging people for money on the freeway off-ramp.  If one club rep sees my video and likes what he sees, maybe I'd get lucky like many other Pro's who have broken thru and receive some much needed support. Long shot that would even happen.  If it did, what do you, a website administrator--what do you stand to gain from removing a silly "tag"???  Sounds like you're drunken with your administrative powers!  I don't care what you do.  Whatever.

A face-on view is on my YouTube channel if you're really interested.  It wasn't my intention to post a bunch of videos on your site.  It was one of the things that attracted me to your community was to be able to get some feedback or encouragement from fellow members.

And, Who said that my stance was like Moe's??  The title of the video says "hitting golf balls like Moe Norman", not standing at address like him.

Thanks for your f/b tho, I guess.

Mike,

There's no miss.  It's just keeping old swing habits from creeping in that is my main focus of improvement.  I'm always trying to figure out ways to improve, but I have to admit, things seem pretty easy right now.  Seems to getter better and better, everyday that goes by.  And like moe says, less moving parts the better.  Truthfully, I just thought I was posting a video of my swing for members to see.  Not looking to learn much.  I'd rather open people's eyes to this swing.  It is not taught enough throughout the teaching industry(golf).

The man said before replying hostilely himself.

Anyway I do like the look of your swing despite not being a fan of the Moe Norman method and the surrounding hype. I'd go with a driver swing though, hitting only half shots with a wedge tends to hide the flaws

If you wanted to post swing theory there is another section for that under golf talk or random stuff etc.. Oh well it's fine I personally don't give much credit to Moe Normans style I know I can take a 5 iron swing with with a braced nuetral grip 3/4 to 3/4 and hit a stinger straight every time but the rest of the swing combined with hand action load up and timing creates much better golf shots that flight higher with more spin. Great or good player move the ball left to right and vice versa even with wedges I just see much more artistry into the game then a straight shot. If you played on a flat course with no trouble or wind then a straight shot is ideal but it's mostly,at least to me just another shot in the arsenal.

Call it how you see it I guess, but I meant no hostility.  Read it closely and quote where I'm actually being hostile, thanks.  I'm all ears.  Those aren't half shots btw.  That's a 60 degree wedge flying 95-100.  How far do you hit a 60 degree?

Me just 75 yards actually :) I'm referring to the Natural golf swing as your premise here. It seems to have a weird axis vs a traditional set up and less moving parts. I know Sandy Lyle endorsed it a while back and it has merit but lacks in angles.. The traditional set up on tour is something like this with some variations but it's what I believe in for better impact. It does however create pushes hooks and the majority of missed in golf and might be harder to time hence golf is hard. This angle initiates a powerful e load at the top of your swing as well. Post some more videos teach us something new in regards to this method?

Mike,

I already stated that all I was trying to do was "POST A VIDEO". Where did I say anything about swing theory?  I posted a video.  Any subsequent comment/questions/answers/discussion thereafter should be fair game-- I believe.  I'll leave it to the all seeing WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR to move my post to another forum if he judges it to be so off-subject like you are insinuating.  All I did is post a video.

thank you for your input.  :)

Savvy swede you're entitled to you opinion.  I'll agree to disagree.

hmm k well most people post video for advice, feedback or theory or discussion why are you being so defensive don't take thing so personal on here they will ban you for a few days if you blabber on to much or disagree to much. On this site add your opinions and be open to interpretations and feedback mostly on here they teach the 5 swing key method and it has loads of good tips and is probably used by many tour pro's lpga and pga alike, I'm on here here because golf is basically an obsession and life for me.

I can see the speed of the ball and how quickly it drops out of the air in the video. Make whatever distance claims you like.

Oh it's probably because of your ad click or whatever this is a golf forum site that hates trollers and spammers I think the admin is real serious about that otherwise just add your 2 cents to other topics and have fun.

What do I possibly hope to gain by lying about the distance of these shots??  Golf is a game of integrity.  You sound like a troll.

    • Got the Stack in November 2022, but my workouts with it have been sparse. I’ve never completed a program and I only do Return to Form because my body hasn’t felt great enough to do them often. Thankfully that is changing now finally. I’ve spent two years doing regular needle work, nonstop gym workouts for three years, and over the last six months, a lot of stretching. My doctor graded me an F for mobility six months ago. He checked me again this week and gave me an A++ for improvement. Huge restoration of mobility in my hips, lumbar spine, thoracic spine and hamstrings. It’s helping so much for golf and of course speed. I still have a ways to go here but I’m probably at a B to Rory’s A+ for mobility. I haven’t done much speed training but clearly I’m getting faster. Pretty happy to be where I am right now despite only scratching the surface of this. Hoping I can continue to build here. My goal is to start and complete the Foundation soon. Fingers crossed! When I came back to golf two years ago, I was around 88 mph with driver. Now my cruising speed is about 99 with a recent high of 104 mph during my range session on Saturday. Pretty exciting 😀. Okay, time for another round of burgers. I appreciate this thread and everyone’s respective journeys here. Happy 4th of July, everyone! 🇺🇸💥✨🌭🍔
    • Day 25:  Went to the range super early before it got too hot.  Hit a couple buckets, one with my 7i and one with my driver.
    • An incredible video that I encourage you to watch. I didn't know the PGA Tour's Apple Vision Pro app was so cool.
