Have any of you used masterfit in jacksonville.  The only reviews I've found have been on their site.  I actually kind of dig the idea of being fitted for off brand clubs for cost and even a lil psychological "non conformist" even though I am thought process.

Haven't been but the component heads they're showing look about the same quality as their website.

Saw this post and wanted to relate my recent encounter. Purchased a Masterfit 2 iron about a year ago. I keep it in my bag, but probably use it maybe once every two or three rounds. Recently as I was pulling the club out of my bag, I felt a rough jagged edge at the shaft end near the hosel neck. Upon inspection, I can see the fiberglass shaft has splintered in two places (about two inches up the shaft). I took it in to Masterfit Golf. They looked at it and stated that I must have  cracked it not playing golf. I told the guy that I have all my clubs in the bag. He said he couldn't fix it without charging me. Most club manufacturers stand by their product. In this case Masterfit did not want to assume any responsibility or even think about working with the customer. I know I will never cross their threshold doorway again. I have purchased a putter, golf balls and even had my grips replaced there, however I will not continue to subsidize their pockets when they don't consider the customer.
