HUBBARD SHOES

I have really flat feet and corresponding back/hip problems . Started wearing Hubbard shoes for everyday and they are great .Has anyone tried using one of their casual styles on the course ?  If not , is it a disaster to play recreationally with a non golf shoe with good soles ?

I have never tried those shoes.  They do look comfortable.  I think your success, or failure, would be how hard do you swing and how much, or how little, foot slippage you would get.  Looking at the soles on those shoes, I can tell you they probably would not work for me.  I swing too hard at the ball and I need soles that will have minimal slippage.  No one really cares what kind of shoes you wear on the golf course unless they are doing damage to the greens (such as football cleats).  Those would not.  Just wear a pair out to the course and play in them and see how well they do.
