I've been Playing Golf for: 3 years
My current handicap index or average score is: 92-95
My typical ball flight is: low hook, push
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: snap hook. Want to fix across the line backswing and steep downswing

It is a bit tough to tell from that angle. You want the camera lined up with the line made by your toes. But you may be coming a little over-the-top. A face on view would also help. The would help us see as to whether you are swaying in the backswing or not getting your weight going forward.
