hi all,

if you've got one, has it lived up to your expectations? does it help with aim, set up, and stroke path? care to give a quick review?

thanks,

d.

My Dad has the putter...he has a great short game and he is a pretty good putter too...but he really likes his See More and I think he is even better with it. I thought it was not the greatest purchase when he got it, but now I am down with it. I would recommend it and he would too...he is a 6-7 handicap.

I have played around putting with it and I like it as well...helps you pull the putter back more evenly as well as line up.

I've had a Seemore FGP for a couple of months now and my putting has improved quite a bit. I feel more confident over the ball and that is due in part to the minimalist look when you're over the ball, and also to the fact that it is easy to square the putter face. I got mine at tgw.com for $69. You can't go wrong with that. They make a more expensive milled version of the FGP, but I actually really like the cheaper one.

thanks, Stuart. i've tried both regular and milled and am leaning to the milled. it's gonna cost me, but hey, it's christmas.

thanks, naples. i took your advice. tried all the models and the mfgp is the winner.

hey scrambles,

i'm a 13 and not a good putter, averaging 33 putts per round. usually miss to the right. the see more putters that i've tried really help me to rotate the putter face through the ball, at least on the indoor putting greens at the golf store. can't wait til next season so i can use my new mfgp on the course!
thanks for your reply.

hey thinking of grabbing one of these from the the golf wherehouse - how is the weighting on it??? there are no stores in NYC that carry these which sucks but I am wondering about them and tried one in Cali - and loved it - but on these cheaper ones from TGW - are they super light??? whats the overall opinion on em?? is it weird having the shaft so close to the ball?? I have a relatively flat putting stroke and have a hard time with my ping g5-1 anser that has the that weird offset plumbers neck hosel

    • Flying into ATL on Sept 11 (Thu), early, leaving Sept 15 (Mon), late. Dates are fixed. Trying to hit the best RTJ Trail stops without spending half the trip in the car.   Plan: Thu: Grand National (Lake or Links) Fri: GN AM, then drive to Capitol Hill, play Senator Sat: Capitol Hill – Judge Sun: Ross Bridge Mon: Oxmoor Ridge early, drive to ATL   Thinking about squeezing in Cambrian Ridge after Capitol Hill—worth it or too much? Would love any feedback or tips from those who’ve done it.
    • Day 73 (13 Jul 25) (note: forgot to post the "day" for the past few days, up to day 73) - Easy day in the backyard, with time on the 50deg wedge and the mat (simulating tight lies around the green) working on low spinners.  Love using this mat as it is small and portable but also lends to being a type of alignment rod to get a proper setup.  Finished up with a few swings with the 54.

    • Played several holes today with my Buddy's left haded clubs.  I was going to order just woods, but after playing again today and hitting the irons well, I will be ordering a complet set of Left handed Clubs.    They are Callaway Edge, Regular flex.  I am excited !  Will let you know after I try them and let you know how well they performed.    Retired Old Man, Terry
    • Depends in part on what lie the greens crew left me. If it's first cut of rough or fairway and clear shot to cup, it's an 8i chip and run. If it's shaggy, or I have to go over ridge or bunker, it's a cut shot with a 58* LW.
