I went to get my wedges regripped and was told that both of them have junior shafts.  I had never inspected them closely but upon comparison, the shafts seemed much thinner towards the grip than standard shafts.  The tech then checked their flex and found them to be lighter than a ladies flex (2.something on some kind of scale?)  I found this to be interesting because they are the same wedge model in two different lofts from two different sellers (bought used off eBay)  They are Cleveland 588 Reg's which seem to be from their 2012 model and it's just a strange coincidence that 2 different sellers would put a junior shaft on this particular wedge.

Does anyone know if this was something Cleveland did or is it a weird coincidence?  I try to avoid taking full swings with these clubs because I'm a little inconsistent with them but I always thought it was because I play cavity backs and these are muscleback wedges, but I'm wondering if the overly light shafts contribute to this...any info would be appreciated!
