Does anybody have any idea where you can buy the plastic inserts for Adams pro hybrids?

I noticed several postings about the same problem but could not find an answer. I have also exhausted Google searches and tried several club manufacturers but again, no luck. Did try Adams/taylormade with the same question and they have not responded.
