Day 75 - 2026-03-07 Backswing freezes with foam balls at the net. Focused on earlier hinge and trail arm extension. -
Day 522 - 2026-03-07 Got some downswing work in after Junior Elite and Skillest lessons. -
Day 202 3-7 Worked on arching wrist through downswing, but in full swing, less pause at the top. Getting wider with arms as well. Finding it pretty difficult still. Recorded swings, hit foam balls. -
