I tried a sleeve of these for the first time today. I liked them. I like a softer ball, and these have great feel off all clubs when struck well. Distance is good, and response is great around the green, considering I am a bogey golfer. I like the way they feel off the putter as well. I think I will try a dozen and report again.

How do you like them know? I also bought a sleeve. They are firmer than I thought they'd be and also light off the putter. Not great, not bad.

The jury is not quite in.  Not scientific because the testing apparatus (my swing) is not perfectly calibrated, but my gut is they are a little longer for me but not quite as responsive greenside as the ProV1. I can't tell much difference off the putter, but maybe a little softer. Then I hit a couple of shots with a 3 wood  one after the other and the ProV went a little farther. Like I said, the testing apparatus is a little (meaning a lot) inconsistent.

Overall, I do like them, but the same dilemma as the NXT series which they replace. For actually less $, I can use the ProV1 practice for casual play and then ProV1s for competition. So the only reason to use a mid-price ball, is if I like them better overall than the ProV1.  I really need to try the Snell MB, as they are about the same price or less than Tour Soft, and from all accounts equal to the ProV series.

I am going to use a few more TourSofts as I hopefully get my swing in summer shape. I will report again later.

Thanks, dbuck. Yes, balls like snell, Cut, MG are tempting. I will say Walmart sells the TS at 31 and they have a nice yellow color.
