Spreadsheet for PariMutual

hello, I am new to this forum. I decided to join this forum to gain ideas for different things for our clubs golf tournaments. I will be President of our mens golf committee in a coiuple of months for a 2 year term. I am in the Atlanta area. 

Anyways at the moment, I am looking for a spreadsheet for PariMutual bet.....anyone out there have one or know where I could??
