I've been playing my Cally XR16 10.5* at +2 with great results. If I were to buy a new driver should I buy a 12* or get another 10.5* and adjust it to +2 (or 12.5*)? I realize I should consult a fitter, but I'm looking at going pre-owned and most fitters only fit for current models. By the way, I'm looking at the 2017 Taylormade M2.

Depends on a lot of things. If the CG location is drastically different then you might not need to adjust, or adjust the other way.

I would get fitted.

Like I said, most fitters won't fit you for preowned clubs. Dick's is still selling new 2017 M2 drivers so I may be able to get fitted there.
