I've been Playing Golf for: 3 months

My typical ball flight is: high and to the right
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: chunk and too high and short irons

I like the right elbow position at the top… but you could use more hip turn and a bit less sway back during the backswing.

The transition from your backswing to your downswing is very fast, and kind of "jerky." That can definitely lead to some inconsistency, possibly even the chunk you're struggling with.

You also have very little weight transfer in your swing, and it seems like your arms are almost the only thing moving. I'm just curious - what kind of distances are you getting?

UFGator I have to agree with you about the arms being the only thing moving. I get 150 yrds with my 7 iron at the range, however my swing at the range is completely different then my swing on the course. I don't typically hit my 7 iron 150 while playing.  Any ideas on how to smooth out my transition? Do my stance need to be wider to get more weight transfer?

Thanks Tom
