They're most likely a minor, minor, minor change. Virtually every golf ball is at the limits as far as distance, and has been for years, so there's really not much more they can do except change the packaging, change the aerodynamics a tiny bit or something to tweak durability and some of the actual characteristics to suit a different range of players better, and to market them as "longer/better in the wind/more or less spin/more visible/new aiming lines/etc."

I was given a free sleeves of these at a recent demo days at my golf range.  I found nothing negative at all in playing them but I am not clear what the significant improvements are. It may be because my current level of play is not at a level to make the most of the spin differences.  In fact, the durability seemed to be mentioned as much, if not a tad more than spin improvements.  I was told I would get a slightly lower spin rate, but nothing seemed to improve or reduce my distance. Feel on the strike was good. And I got slightly less loft. Again not sure what was the primary effect of the ball, as I play GI clubs (Ping GMax) or what is the effect of my less than optimal ball speed.

Right now, while I was happy giving them a try, nothing made me want to quick run out and give up my Bridgestone e6 supply.
