Hi and welcome to the forum! Brand is not the issue. Set make up and composition are the most important items. Most beginners have a bag full of clubs with no idea what to use all of them for.

He shouldn't have done it particularly on the greens. It's still unethical specially when there's someone else going to play after you.

Spitting is no big deal but just don't do it on the green specially if you're being watched by millions.

If you think that you really need new sets of clubs to make you swings better then go for it. Who knows, the perfect swing you might be looking for might be with the new clubs that you're going to buy.

In my opinion, the most important part of the game. Hitting the ball straight for 300 yards and not being able to putt would be a waist of the distance. -
Golf Ball Finding Glasses
