  2. I second the Siesta Keys/Sarasota area recommendation. Punta Gorda is also beautiful.
  3. Deflect, deflect, deflect. Still no substance, just knocking the management for asking you to provide substance. Apparently their secret agenda isn't so secret. At this point I can safely say I have no flipping idea what your product actually is.
  4. Sorry I cropped the shot above to only show the actual forum post and not the green bars. I'll see if I can get it to do it and give you a full screen clip.
  5. I tried carrying for six months and then purchased a clicgear. Best purchase I ever made. I agree with Lumpuckeroo, my back would start bothering me from constantly picking up the bag from the ground or the times it would spill over. You still get just as much exercise and it makes the round much more enjoyable. Another great advantage is that on really sunny summer days in Florida I setup my umbrella. Makes a huge difference by the end of the round.
  6. Hmm..I just noticed this happening to me too...it's definitely not zoomed in and I'm on a 22" widescreen at 1680x1050. It appears to only happen with YouTube videos.
  7. Looks like you're zoomed in to me. When I zoom in on my 24" screen the same thing happens.
  8. Sorry but that's just .... You have no idea how far this has gone for her. For all you know, she could also be knocking off banks at night and does this for kicks during the day. Point is, when people decide to do something that is blatantly against the law, there is no half measures in my book. As someone else noted, I believe criminals that are caught but not turned in are more likely to think that they can get away with it again rather than being "scared straight". By the way, jail time isn't the only sentence that comes from this. That's left to the judge to decide and typically revolves the entire facts, including any previous issues. Let the courts handle that part. We've dedicated a lot of time, resources, and effort to make sure this system is in place. How about giving it a chance to work before bypassing it? I'm not sure if this happened in the US, but if it did, please see above. This whole thought process of the system makes the criminal is ridiculous. It's been proven to be false over and over again but people still believe it's true. edit: Changed my wording a bit, realized it may have come off as attacks against the poster.

  10. Only if you want a different grip than what is put on by default. I have also purchased extensively from Callaway Preowned. Great service. I've actually had to send back a driver that started to come apart, they cross-shipped a replacement overnight after one call. That was 6 months after I purchased it.
  11. Gotcha! Thanks!
  12. I see, so as long as I'm virtually certain my ball didn't go into the water, I can hit a provisional in case I can't find the original. If I then find my original ball, I continue to play it as normal. If I can't find the original, I play my provisional with a one stroke penalty.
  13. Ok, so reading through all of this thread...I just had something along these lines happen to me on Sunday. I teed up my first ball and blocked it right over a small lake. My playing partner and I didn't see it go into the water nor did we see a splash. I teed up a second ball and hit a (declared)provisional thinking that if my first had gone into the water I would have seen the splash. We moved up to the lake and I see my first ball sitting on the embankment on the far side. It looks like I shouldn't have declared my second tee shot a provisional and should have just continued playing that second ball with a one stroke penalty rather than gouging my first tee shot out of the embankment. In the case where a hazard wasn't in play, a provisional is there to allow a player the chance to find his first ball and play it, and if not, play the second with a one stroke penalty. In the case where a hazard is in play, there is no provisional and you hit a second shot with a stroke penalty regardless of whether or not you find the first shot.
  14. Heh, OP was from 2008. I think there's a more recent thread with clicgear stuff on here somewhere.
