  1. It's been my natural shot for my whole 'career' I like it so much more than a draw because I feel that if I just swing agressively through the ball, it's gonna go somewhere near straight. That's been my main swing thought with the fade, 'hit the ball hard over this spot'
  2. Drop in a dry spot in the bunker, no penalty. Call it unplayable, use that rule. Play it out. I'm sure Erik will come by with the numbers for the rule.

    Alvaro Quiros

He is 6'3" and 190 pounds. He isn't a tiny dude, in fact, he's a big dude.
  4. Paddy is going through those swing changes.. Tomorrow depends on if they hold up under the pressure.
  5. Best ball with a friend, We both shot -4. I had two birdies and an eagle. Luckily we never both had red figures on the same hole, so we shot -8
  6. Hahah. Sorry, I can't agree. I aim at every pin, I go after my birdies. I go for every Par 5 in two, for the most part I want to have a wedge in my hand on Par 4's, so I hit driver. I don't know, I guess I don't understand yet.
  7. Titleist is such a cool company. Anything you see from them (pretty much) you can call them and buy. I always get a little nervous when I go to Dick's for anything golf related, not to be elitist, but it's just like buying something from a little shack.
  8. You'd be surprised how fast you transform into a ninja when a shank is coming your way. You get out of there REALLY fast.
  9. I've gone 69-82. Yeah, I choked on the lead Haha
  10. Oh my god. Does it really matter?
  11. It doesn't matter if there is an loft gap, it matters if there is a yardage gap. If there is a huge difference between your wedge yardage and your sand wedge yardage? If not, then there is no need for a gap wedge.
  12. Someone told me that we have to change for college golf for next year. But I told him it comes into effect for us in 2014, so I'm probably going to grab a few with V grooves and see what can be done with them.
  13. It was an older model. Anyway, the trispecs are higher than most shafts, but I've never got any ballooning. I love my 755's and would just never give them up.
  14. 39-37 76 6 Fairways 5 Greens 26 Putts I hit blocks all on the front 9, which made it impossible to hit some greens. I started to hit my driver better on the back except on 18 which I hit a big snap hook and made bogey. The holes were very weird on the back and went 90 degrees right/left often. The greens stats are pretty deflated because I hit a lot of fringes today. Played better than I scored, always a good thing.
  15. +5 75 1 Quintuple bogey 9 on the first. 17 Pars.
  16. Well, if your clubs are falling out of your hands like that, you should probably a) Get new grips b) Get a towel c) Slow down d) All of the above.
  17. He's on the teebox, no.
  18. It depends. If I'm trying to hit a stinger, like on the 8th and 10th hole of my home course, I tee it lower. If I'm trying to hit it over trees like on 2 of my home course, I tee it higher. It all depends for me.
  19. You know, to celebrate your new purchase, you should give me your Circa. Just a thought.
  20. Someone told me I wasn't good enough to play golf in college. I don't take kindly to "You can't" I now have multiple schools that want me to play for them. Thank you, whatever your name was , you helped me get my college paid for.
  21. I love him. I hope he wins every time he tees it up.
  22. Yes On my practice balls all of the time, and on the course sometimes. Use a Gatorade ring, it's the perfect size.
  23. Drinking to get drunk. A day with a hangover is a day wasted, I can't practice at all.
  24. +1 12 fairways, and both missed fairways were me going for the green. 12 greens 32 putts. I was swinging pretty flat before but my coach and I worked that out. Swinging on plane makes this game so much easier.
  25. Go practice. Before my season started, I played maybe once a week, but hit balls everyday. Hit balls as much as you can, hit putts. I try to practice all day at least once a week. That means start at 9 and don't leave the practice area to go home until about 5. Treat it as a job.
