My Mom passed away 4 yrs ago...since then I've always placed her initials (MMG and then I place a < underneath it) on all my Golf Balls, sometimes I also place my 2 childrens initials (A.A) also.

honestly, after hitting a shot I normally think about what me and my friends are talking about at the time, then reply to it or continue talking after the shot..normally it's Sports, Job, Women (sshhhhh) etc related....I normally don't think about my shot until I get up on the ball, then repeat the previously mentioned.

For me, it's when the course is backed up and there are delays at the Tee Boxes. Why does the group behind you always seem to drive right up on you in the Tee Box area while your either getting ready to Tee Off or in the middle of doing so...I mean when things like this occur (back ups) we always wait well behind the Tee Box area... out of respect imho

though I've never done it I could see where it is possible....I mean if I'm or someone else I'm playing with is having a horrible day on the course why put the other players in the group through what could be HELL with a bad/poor attitude with yelling hollering and my favorite cursing everything under the sun.....as someone stated above.."You piad for the round..it's your $$$$$" who am I to tell you want to do?

who was the guy that the Ranger stated.."Oh he's ok" was he the owners of the course nephew Son etc..? what/who..seemed a bit odd that once he noticed him it was oh he's ok...weird

Didn't the article also state that DJ is going to get his European Tour card and play a bit more over seas next season? it ties into the JL has 2 younger children and he wants more time with them...as TW schedule is lesser then then DJ...no sour milk spilled here imho......no harm no foul..

horrible, terrible round today, shot a 92 with 6...(that's right 6) 3 putts.....1 was 6ft away for a Birdie on a long Par 4....and ended up with a 5, I'm a horrible putter

my bread and butter is between 140-150yds... in Golf terms that is a smooth crisp 7i or 8i for me.... I wish it was my 100yds and in

those are some short Par 5's...very reachable in 2 with a good drive (even for the casual weekend golfer)

wow, sorry for your loss...but of all the things someone could steal in car...why Golf Clubs.......but to be honest they are probably in your nearest Pawn Shop right now, you should check that out, to be honest I have a family member who is in jail currently in Florida for doing this exact thing, he would steal things out of cars and take to the Pawn shop for his habit and (stupid him) he would sign his own name down and give his license, that's how he got caught.

I played on Thursday...(early afternoon) after a huge rain storm in the area over night...on #6 I hit into a green side bunker (on my 2nd shot) that was basically nothing but a Lake..(it was watered from each side (every dimesion possible).....so I took the ball out and dropped it behind the bunker (roughly point of where it entered, and basically chalked it up as water relief) and then played my 3rd shot, was this the correct thing to do or should I have went back and played my 2nd shot from where it was?...my playing partner basically could care less either way, it is me that is wondering.

91 today...got out early before all the heat but still was very hotttttt....

today on #15 at South Hills in Pa. a Par 4 456yds straight with elevated tee box......drove it to 147yds out, right down broadway....took a 7i and planted it pin high to the left on my 2nd shot.......

yeah I tend to agree, Tiger hasn't shown anything to me that he is capable of pulling a rabbit out of the hat, his mind just isn't anywhere close to the form we are used too from him......and I'm a fan of Tiger's and am actually rooting for him, but it's ashame when (for me going into the Open he isn't/wasn't even a favorite to win it) as for me I had 5-10 other players ahead of him

exactly, and this can be blamed on Synder...he was a Synder signing (go after the big name at all costs) and as a Skins fan I'm sure glad to see Shanahan and Bruce Allen now being the sheriff's in town and Daniel Synder taking a back seat....had Allen been here last season Fat Albert wouldn't have been in DC imho....

I've never had a bad experience using EBAY buying used balls (sorry to hear that you did though) I guess there are always some shady dealings out there....as far as I know (seeing I've never had any issues with anything I sold or bought on EBAY) but my Wife's Best Friend bought a DS game for her Son and it wasn't exactly what the listing said and it had a few nicks and all that, so she e-mailed the guy and what not and he had thousands of transactions so he sent her back the money and allowed her to keep the DS (he stated that he had to many dealings to get bad feedback so he'd rather do it that way)

yeah I agree with that, if Poulter can keep his emotions in check (after a bad hole, shot etc...) I do think he could win this thing......and to be honest if Phil doesn't win, I would like to see eith Westwood or Poulter be crowned the Champ

shot a 92 down in Maryland, never played there before (very nice course, but very long).....47 on the front and a 45 on the back..........only 2 Pars though

I played a Course down in Maryland today (Westminster National) and made the turn and on #10 went up to our 2nd shots and while going seen a Naked Dude in his back yard doing yard work and standing there....I couldn't believe what I had seen...my buddy hollered over to him and he basically laughed and just stood there.... what are some of the weirdest things you have seen?
