  3. Dustin Johnson -4 Sergio Garcia -3 John Daly -3
  4. Bridgestone e5 are a pretty good ball when it comes to spin on a budget
  5. I've always had good luck with tgw.com. 3balls.com is pretty fair too if you're looking for used clubs
  6. I'm really interested in the same type of set, I think you'd have to hit each to see what kind of yardage gap you have when splitting the set, and which of the mp59 you can still hit accurately
  7. 3balls.com has the non tour version in the black pearl finish for $334 at 'very good' condition. Sounds like a good deal from your friend
  8. 'Sticking it every time' would be a lot easier with the right club
  9. love the 3/4 punch wedge from 100-110 yds, and it helps me get the feeling of ball first contact
  10. Now that's funny right there!
  11. why on earth would you buy a $100 steel shaft?
  12. Making two whole websites? That's a lot of work for a scam. But I do see my 5 year old Clevelands are now on sale for $369.99
  13. A bad fitting would hurt, yes. Sounds like you had a bad experience, don't let that sour you on fitting all together.
  14. Holy $%&@, Mr. 3Wiggle could have my senior picture, credit score, and dental records up here in a matter of minutes I think. Too bad about the $0.00 putter, I would have thought that to be a great deal!
  15. looking on google for reviews, came across this retailer. crazy prices, think they're counterfeit? http://www.discountsgolfhome.com/Discount-Mizuno-MP-53-Irons-3-9P-107.html
  16. Adams hybrids are great to hit, best in the business in my opinion
  17. Don't get me wrong I love the Cleveland wedges too, just funny since you usually see people of all brands playing Vokey wedges and Mr. Titleist playing Clevelands. :) More detail on my stuff I guess since I'm bored: Driver: Nike Machspeed Black Round 9.5 degree stiff shaft, set to neutral upright 3 wood: Adams Insight BUL, 15 degree stiff 3 hybrid: Adams A4 19 degree irons: Cleveland CG red, 4-pw, DG S300 shafts, 3/4 long and 1 degree upright wedges: Cleveland 56 degree CG12 black pearl, Cleveland 60 degree CG10 black pearl Putter: Odyssey white hot sabertooth, and Odyssey white hot rossie
  18. I would agree, each swing is different, working on some things to improve will maybe change your needs, but fitting your clubs to you is better than trying to fit your game to your clubs. Most experts will say that custom fitting benefits high handicap players even more than low handicap anyway because high handicap players are more consistent and can more likely hit any club better.
  19. Do you think it's all marketing, lowering the lofts makes people think they hit the clubs farther? I'm with you guys, I don't care what number is stamped on the bottom, i just want a consistent set of distances that will cover me from 120 to 210.
  20. I've always wanted to try a "Tin Cup" round using only my 7 iron
  21. All Titleist but no Vokey wedges? Is that allowed? :)
  22. Is there a master/sticky WITB thread? My sig says what I'm playing I guess.
