Wow. We all miss Tiger, but the golf is still as good as ever.

I don't play with them, but if I have to, I text a friend or eat something. I have a high handicap, but I play as fast as everyone else, it's the people with 70 practice swings I hate.

No, but I have skimmed my face. Full swing from 20 yards away from a tree, May have got the direction a bit off? Smashed into the tree and almost takes my head off. I have no doubt that was coming at me hard enough to cause a serious injury. I feel lucky. -

Your only allowed to play as foursome where I play, but I agree that if you can keep up, there's not a problem, but if you can't then I'm sure it will get very annoying.

Came today. Hit my drive left and into some trees, had to hit it low, but with bunkers either side at the front of the green, it was a narrow entrance, and punched it out about 120 with a 8 iron, rolled up and ended up 5 feet off, and I knocked it in for birdie. Considering I never usually get birdie on that hole when I hit my drive into the fairway, I was very happy with that. =) Now I just need some consistency!

Ok, but inconsistent. Sometimes they are perfect, and roll very true, but then other days, they are pathetic, and I get annoyed about it, which puts off my whole game.

From about 150 yards I'm confident, but my best is around PW distance.

If you want to put them off badly, but simply, just drag your foot on the floor in the middle of their backswing. Very effective.

I hope that happens. I want a big named, 8 contestant, and at least another dunk added, and another round. Until that happens, the dunk contest doesn't interest me too much.

I read a lot of different books during the year, I'm currently reading Peter Kay's autobiography, The Sound of Laughter, very funny book.

At this time of year, before the competitions come up, I usually buy about 50 different balls, and I try to try them all out on the course, then I choose which I like the best, and use it. That's my way of doing it. Usually it ends up being NXT's, Pro V1's or HX Tour's.

I use a King Cobra F-Speed 10.5° at the moment. I've tried a lot of different angled heads, but this seems to work best for me. I have never been a good driver though.

I've always used Golf Pride and always will, they just seem to work a lot better for me than other grips.

Does anyone know the exact price for a middle-class synthetic green? I've always been interested in having one, but the maintenence on a proper green would kill me.

I'm one of the longest at our club, in the junior section. I hit the ball about 220. However, I can never do the consistently. If I could, I would be a whole lot better player. Instead I just hit irons off the tee most of the time, and that does okay for me. I just need the confidence in the driver. However, I am made feel such a small hitter, by some people who say they hit it 300+ consistently, bang down the centre.

I am a member at my local course. But a lot of my friends are members at other courses and it costs me about £10 at their's. That's about $23? For pay and play I've never paid over $40 though. That's for 18 holes.

I actually just have my current Cobra's. I always sell my older irons, as to get more money to either pay for the irons, or to get a nice new bag for the newer ones.

I really hope Stenson and Baddeley can have good years this year. Both have made great starts. And as he is one of my favourite golfers, I'm hoping Sergio can get that major.

This is a great drill. It helps you relieve the tension of having to make putts if you set yourself a goal. Very good drill just before a round.

VC gets my vote. And technically, it was a dunk. A dunk is throwing the ball into the hoop at a high speed. DH12 did that. It would have been a lot harder to throw it in that grab the rim. Also, the judge's don't get to see the replay, it must have happened so fast, they might have thought he grabbed rim, so if that pleases the 'it wasn't a dunk fans' there you go.
