I agree that what you did was totally uncalled for, to me it shows that you have absolutly no etiquette in the game of life. The reason he didn't say anything to you was he thought you were pyshco, if you were willing to do that to his clubs, just think what was going through his mind what you would do to him.

Suggestions on a type of GI Iron

I would put a vote in for Titleist AP1, I am not in the same handicap range as you, but I feel mine have sufficient forgiveness for me. I know you can get the AP1 or AP1 710 for around $550, as I purchased mine new for $560 with free shipping from ebay. -
I just got my AP1's and I love them I went from a super game improvement iron (wilson fat shaft deep reds) to these. I like the balance and it is just a better feel for me when I swing the club. As far as being good enough to play them, I am a 22 handicap and I haven't had any issues with beign good enough to play these irons. The biggest thing is to get clubs that you have confidence with when you stand over the ball.

I never use to have a preference to any sort of tee, but I go tired of breaking so many tees during play. So have switched to the zero friction 2 3/4 tee for durability purposes. Now I can go weeks with the same tee.

I have played in a couple of one man scrambles, basically you get 2 shots off the tee chose the best one, then you get 2 shots from the next lie, and on you go. So you always get 2 shots from each location. One thing that I have done when I have played them in the past is if you hit a good drive, don't bother hitting another. I know it sounds strange, but you can get tired by the end of 18 holes if you are not used to hitting that many shots. Hope that helps and good luck.

That is a great question, what do you do with your wedges every year. Donate them to the needy

MCC I believe that you are already playing with conforming grooves on your AP2 irons, have you seen any difference with those?

I too would have called him out in front of everyone, but if you weren't comfortable doing that, just dropping a hint like, "I also kept score and came up with a different winner, did miss a score somewhere" then compare your scorecards. I personally don't have a problem with people misrepresenting their scores when they are playing a regular round, because it only comes back to hurt them, but when you are playing for money that is a different story.

Where I am from if anybody hits a hole in one it is usually on the evening news, so whenever one of my playing partners hits a good shot on a par three, we usually say "get (insert name of sportscaster) on the phone".

Of course he hits it a mile, I would too with all the HGH and steriods he has put into his body.

I have gotten clubs from Warrior in the past. They hookd me with the try a set of woods for 45 days and we will give you a free driver. I kept the woods for 45 days and wasn't a big fan of them, I had originally just done it for the free driver (a taylormade r7 knock-off), we I called to get a return authorization they gave me the run around and tried to get me to purchase the woods. We I finally got a return number I sent them back and it took close to 60 days and numerous phone calls to get them to credit the charges back to my credit card. With that said beware of Warrior golf, as I have talked to numerous people who have had the same experience.

I am a pretty high handicapper and I love my vokey wedges, I feel a lot more connifdent over the ball and the results are very good and I am starting to see my scores drop because of them. I wouldn't be afraid of trying the vokey's.

I went to a blue man group concert about a month ago, I was expecting much, but was suprised, it was really good. I would go to another one.

I have bought both my driver and wedges off ebay, and have had very good luck with it. I just can not justify spending more money in a golf store to get the same product. A lot of times I will go and test clubs at the golf store, but them purchase them online.

I just played a round yesterday with a guy who had the golflogix, and I was impressed, he stated that he liked it because of the cost (I believe he said $29/year) and all the courses that you are able to get on it. Also if you play a course that isn't on the system, you can just send an email and get it added.

I have to say Tiger is the best. But the biggest arguement is always, that Jack had more competition, does anybody think that the guys Tiger competes with today are just as good as the guys Jack competed against, and the only difference is that Tiger would also plow the doors off of Jack back in the day.

I use a Cobra F Speed drive, after swinging a ton of clubs at the local golf store, I found out this is the club for me. The only thing that takes getting use to is the sound the driver makes when hitting the ball.
