I would have choked a ho. Seriously I am not the fighting type but if someone wants to go through my bag I would have went postal on his ass. Thats not right at all... especially when its your club champion... and if he is shanking the ball like that I feel bad for you... I mean sorry but the quality of players are just not there. You really shouldn't have let him go through your bags though... thats not right at all.

Well then the only reason someone would take range balls would be to either sell them or they are extremely cheap and they wont buy new golf balls. Everyone knows golf isn't a cheap sport... so really cheap people should even bother to try to play if they are going to steal range balls and play with them... that is a bit crazy if you ask me. I couldn't ever imagine stealing anyway... its just not in my blood... I couldn't live with myself.

Thats a nice thing. Good idea... pretty cool really.

I have taken a few range balls in past... but that was only because of the solid line around them... I used them as a putting aid on the putting green and I did in fact return them after my practice. Thats the only logical reason I can think of to take range balls.

I like Adam Scott... he seems like a young classy guy.

Titleist 907D2 trajectory?
FoosIason replied to modeldude69's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
I get whats to be expected from a 9.5 degree loft, and I couldn't be happier. -
haha Before I listen to some Death Metal... if you don't listen to it you wouldn't understand. It just gets me going. After the round I usually bust out the classic rock, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Joe Cocker etc.

No I normally hit the ball pretty solid... but my ball flight is very high. I played Sunday with some grown men and they even commented upon it. So yeah. I just need to make my swing a little flatter I guess. That will take some time.

I used to get so angry with myself after the slightest mistake. Now I just laugh at myself. It has helped so much. If you can laugh at your mistakes... it does good things for your golf game. Because chances are you are making more mistakes than rights. Golf really comes down to who makes the best mistakes and who over comes the bad mistakes.

I am currently using a Scotty Cameron Studio Style Newport 2.5. I love it. I bought it last year after I had a falling out with the RedX2. 100 bucks for almost a mint condition scotty.... I couldn't pass that up. But the thing was the guy tried giving me the putter. But I refused and gave him what I had in my wallet. Even so I love this putter. It has a great feeling to it... and when I use it I am just confident. I couldn't ask for anything else in a putter.

Need some new golf shoes, what you all wearing?

I have some FootJoy GF:II and I love them. I have been known to take out the spikes and wear them to school.... they are very comfortable to say the least. I'm a FootJoy guy though. I had a couple pairs of dry joys before the GF:II. -
Front Left- 1 to 2 golf tees and my pivot tool Front Right- Golf ball (in between holes), and ball marker usually a peso but I lost mine when I was cleaning out my bag. Shucks. Back Left- Nothing Back Right- Rarely wallet, scorecard and pencil.

I dont see anything wrong with your idea. I started using a mens driver when I was 7 years old. Of course it was cut down, but thats what I used. Great idea. I hope it works out for you.

Nope Nope no such luck. I plan on pounding a few balls today... try to figure something out.

Titleist 907D2 or Titleist 905R
FoosIason replied to allsportscoach's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
The 907D2 is also my first club with the UST Proforce V2. My 907D2 actually just came in the mail on thursday. I will actually get to play a round of golf today though because thursday we had lightning and I was only able to play 5 mixed holes. As for Friday- Sunday I was on a class trip to Chi-Town. I really didn't enjoy it because I wanted to golf . -
ummm not that I know of.... unless you know something that I don't. If so please share.

Tempo 1,2,3,4 and to keep my weight back.

I actually do lose a lot of distance with my wedges in particular... well my vokeys. I have a 54 degree and a 60 degree. I hit the 60 degree about 75 yards and then 54 about 100. That is then followed up by my pitching wedge at 135-140 yards. Its quite the gap to deal with. As for everyone else's input I thank you very much for your responses. I will give your suggestions a shot. Tonight my ball flight was actually a little bit lower... as in I was hitting my two iron as high as most people hit a pitching wedge. I was pretty happy with that actually, because I was hitting my 2-iron 210 yards (flight) into a steady down pour. I only played because I will be gone for the weekend on a class trip to Chicago and my driver FINALLY came in today. I was a happy man, to say the least. Thank you everyone again. I really do appreciate it. Thank you, Adam

Thank you. But its not my irons. I just got them last year.... and as for my follow through people already b**** at me for not following through all the way. So it cant be that either. They say I can achieve more distance following through to my full potential.

Could anyone please give me some tips or tricks to try to lower my ball flight. I have already moved the ball back in my stance a bit, and I don't scoop under the ball, I constantly hit down on the ball. But yet my ball flight is as high as ever. I have always hit my irons very high, higher than normal. I would like lower, piercing shots for accuracy, because I am sick of seeing my ball just flutter around in the sky. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Adam

I am 6'0 and 175 pounds and 18 years of age. I hit my 6 iron this year 170 to 180 yards. Last year it was my 165-175 club. It all really depends on the person swinging the club, and the club its self. Loft is a major factor too, and your ball flight. You shouldn't really compare your self to someone else. Just too many factors involved. Play your game.

I'll second that... welcome.

Adam Scott because I am a fellow Titleist guy... and just his whole attitude. I respect the man.

I'm currently not using a driver... because mine is in the mail. I purchased that 907D2 and I'm still waiting upon its arrival. Tomorrow it is due to come in. Too bad I can't play for the next 5 days.

I can't say that I have wore them. Nor can I say that I have saw signs prohibiting them. They would look silly on my feet... because of my abnormally large shoe size for my frame. 6'0 size 14-15 tennis shoe.... yeah I know weird.
