  1. Pretty happy with my swing right now. Filmed these in 960 FPS.
  2. Well, I got fitted for a nearly full set of PXG clubs today. Ended up going with: Driver - https://www.pxg.com/en-us/clubs/drivers/0811xf 0811XF Gen2, 10.5° Aldila NVS Orange NX 55A Flat - Setting (2.5° Flat, 9.75° loft) 44”, Swing Weight C8 5 Wood - https://www.pxg.com/en-us/clubs/fairway-woods/0341x 0341X Gen2, 5W (18°) Neutral weighting Aldila NVS Orange NX 55A PXG (3° flat) 41.75", Swing Weight C8 Hybrids - https://www.pxg.com/en-us/clubs/hybrids/0317x 0317X Gen2, 22° and 25° Neutral weighting Accra Tour 50i/L Hosel Setting PXG (3° flat) -1/2", Swing Weight C8 Irons - https://www.pxg.com/en-us/clubs/irons/gen3/configure/0311-p Gen3 0311P 6, 7, 8, 9, PW, GW Tipped 1/2" Standard Loft 2° Flat -1/2", Swing Weight C5 Accra Tour 50i/L Grips PURE Undersize Logo down My regular driver was much heavier, my 5W, my hybrids all heavier than they should have been. They were also a lot more upright than they should have been. I am actually kind of annoyed at that as PING should have done better or communicated that they couldn't do "C8" with a driver or something like that. I am going to keep my Glide 2.0 54° and 58° wedges, my muscle back Hale Irwin 4I that's about 30" long for punching out, and my Edel putter (but I have a variable weight one of those on order).
  3. Handicap index is down to 1.3, though I think that will go up slightly as we play some goofy courses in our high school golf season.
  4. Down to a 2.7 thanks to some good tournament scores recently. In fact 9 of the 10 scores that count for my handicap have the tournament "T" beside them.
  5. I’ve dropped my handicap from a 5.0 at the beginning of this year to a 3.3 with tournament golf (crazy, I know)! This weekend at Virtues Golf Club I shot 81 which had me tied for 2nd, 3 strokes back of 1st. I then shot 75 the second day to tie for first- that round was a 1.8 differential. We traveled from there to Latrobe CC where I shot 78, having the second best score of ALL 103 players that day (boys and girls up to 18). I took first in the 14-18 year old girls age division by 9 strokes.
  6. I was starting to aim left with the 29" putter.
  7. View this round on GAME GOLF First round of the Junior Stroke Play championship.
  8. Did a little work today.
  9. My website is live now! Natalie Brosig Golf <--- Check it out!!!
  10. 5.0! The lowest ever.
  11. It wasn't easy, not the final match anyway, but I shot the second best score of all players in qualifying with a +1 74, then won my matches 9&8, 5&4, and 1-up to win my second EDGA Girls Match Play Championship. Now for some rest!
  12. I won the Jean Forsyth Memorial tournament yesterday with a 77. I also won last Tuesday at Scenic Heights with a 76. I finished sixth, second, and third in some Tri-State PGA events over the last week and a half too. http://www.erienewsnow.com/clip/14502676/from-the-fairway-july-19th
  13. I'm playing some decent golf to start off my season.
  14. Hurricane Tour event this weekend. Getting ready.
  15. Usually I play the women’s tees but occasionally I’ll play back a bit (especially in out of town tournaments). Thank you very much- hoping to make that 8.5 lower this year. ;)
  16. Working on getting my hands a bit higher, and not inverse rounding my back quite so much at setup.
  17. I started GHIN this past August, so since then I had 36 rounds. My guess would be somewhere between 50-60 rounds for the whole year- I played a lot of rounds before August and some “hit-a-few-extra” rounds, too. High:100 Low: 70 Avg: 84.8.
  18. Congrats. I see how much time you spend on this and it is good to be recognized for your efforts and the people you have helped.
  19. I got my first hole-in-one. Here is my post :
  20. I went to Whispering Woods Golf Club yesterday, 11/4/17, with one of my golf friends, Max. The weather was weirdly nice for a November in Erie. I bogeyed the first hole (I usually do) and as we were driving to the second hole, I decided I was going to aim for the pin. Usually I just aim to the center of the green but since it was a warm day and just a practice round, I went for it. The pin was left center and 110 yards from the gold tees so I grabbed my 7I and my blue Callaway Supersoft ball and walked up to the tee. I did my pre-shot routine and hit the ball. It was a clean hit with a little draw and it was going straight for the pin and I knew it'd be close. After it landed, the ball disappeared and I thought it may have gone just past the hole and the flagstick was covering it up. My partner, Max, said it went in and I laughed because I thought he was joking around. We drove the cart up and I grabbed my putter. We saw his ball about 20 feet away from the pin and didn't see mine. I checked the hole and there was my ball!! Me and Max both screamed and I was so happy! The first person I called was my step dad, Erik, because he always told me I would get a hole in one before him (he was happy for me and very sad for himself at the same time ). I shot a 38 which is my lowest round at Whispering Woods! I'll always remember the day I got my first hole in one!!

  22. Swing is not so good right now. Shallow and then kicking out over the top and hitting a lot of weak shots to the right. Going to work really hard on it tomorrow with Erik. Last tournament of the year - mostly for fun - on Saturday and Sunday in Ohio. I have all of my new clubs except for my irons. I updated my signature.
  23. 8.2 down from 8.4 the last two revisions and 9.7 in the middle of August when I first started keeping it.
