  1. Interested in an Odyssey 2 ball long putter, but am open to taking a look at other brands that someone here has and no longer needs.
  2. Where are you located?

  4. I've had the Ecco Biom Hybrids this entire season and I must say they are the most comfortable golf shoe I have ever worn. I haven't worn my Dryjoys since buying the Eccos. I highly recommend these shoes.
  5. I can not agree more with uttexas, I have been playing the Nickent 4DX evolver the past two years. For the price their at now you can't beat it.
  6. This weekend I had a few Keegans Ale Mothers Milk. It was recommended by the waiter at the BBQ place we were eating at in Newburgh NY. He said it was brewed right over in Kingston NY. It's a creamy milk stout. I normally wouldn't order a stout but he guaranteed I'd like it. It turned out to be one of the best beers I ever tasted, I only hope I'm able to find it in NYC. Anyone else ever have it, what did you think?
  7. I have been playing the Nickent Evolver for the last year and love it. I have 3 shafts, all with the CYG hosel which gives me lots of options. As far as cost. I have about three other drivers that cost me a hell of a lot more than the Nickent but that don't make them any better.
  8. If you are looking on Ebay put in Nickent CYG (Change your game). When I bought mine there was only one guy selling them for $25.00. Well worth it.
  9. Third season with it and I've never had that problem
  10. I have had my Grom for 3 seasons, love the bag. Lots of pockets, great set up (woode system). Only knock on the bag is the same as glk23, blew out lower zipper. I also see some of the seams starting to fray but this is because I have a tendancy to load the crap out of it. I would certainly buy another.
  11. Have an 07 TM Burner reg flex in mint condition, was putting it on e-bay as soon as I get a chance. If you are interested, $80.00 plus shipping.
  12. Tried a Samuel Smith today. Excellent beer, goes right towards the top of my list. Might just be the best tip I've gotten on this forum.
  13. Never trust a fan with no blades.
  14. In no particular order. Smithwicks Bass Blue Moon Magic Hat #9 Abita Purple Haze Just about any Sam Adams Pete's Wicked (Although now hard to find) Dos Equis Amber And I prefer them all on tap.
  15. If you never played there before, make sure your entire group is there early. I've seen guys turned away for showing up 5-10 minute before their tee time.
  16. Rutgers in New Jersey has an excellent course, played there many times over the years. Course is on campus.
  17. Ping Rapture hybrid is a great club and you can pick them up pretty cheap.
  18. I have 2 pairs of shoes. 1 is Adidas which I like but they are narrow. 2 is Footjoy Contours that are very comfortable and stay dry regardless of how much it rains. You can get the Contours cheap at a number of retailers right now.
  19. These are the only two places I will buy golf clothes. They have a lot of the major golf companies apparel and you can not beat their prices.
  20. I play the callaway diablo 4H. I like it but I see where a lot of people are tuned off by the closed face, though it doesn't bother me at all. I hit the Cobra baffler at Golfsmith and just didn't like the feel.
  21. I have an Ogio Grom that I bought last season. There is a rubber strap that is on the back of the bag that acts as a saftey when you strap it to the golf cart. Well I got home and realized it came off. I called Ogio to see if I could buy one, the woman asked for my address and said she would send one free of charge and free delivery. I was very suprised, but within two days I got it.
  22. I had my one and only experience with a fore caddy last year at a tournament. He helped our entire foursome which was great because we had never played the course before. I know he helped me tremendously just on the greens alone. My belief is that a mid to high handicapper would benefit more than a low handicapper just simply because of the room for improvement. I know for a fact he saved me more than 4 strokes.
  23. I know the golf galaxy that I go to always has 3 packs by the checkout lines. They look like they probably came out of open boxes. There's always a good selection and you can usually get them at a good price.
  24. I've played mine the last two seasons and plan on playing it this season. I think it's a great club. Best of luck with it.
  25. Excellent ball for high hanicapper. Soft and long, low spin. Only drawback is tough to stop on the green because of that low spin. Also one of the cheapest balls around. I've used them the last two seasons.
