  1. What our group does is choose teams of two after the round is over. Think picking numbers out of a hat though we use a beer glass at the 19th. When we have an uneven number of golfers we pull one number twice. It's easy and fair to all. This way it doesn't matter who is on your 4some.
  2. You should "Vultee" it. Take more club, choke down, take a 2/3 swing, and excellerate through the ball.
  3. I've played Baywood Greens several times on annual Ocean City MD golf trips. It's always the best course we play each week. As far as distance to other courses Delaware is so small of a state that no drive is ever more than about an hour and a half. I'd play all of them and if I had time spend a few days in Atlantic City NJ which has 20 great courses within 30 minutes or so.

  5. Depends on the golfer. I used to be a 25 hcp with no training ever. Started playing at 25 years old having never stepped foot on a course in my life. I had a terrible swing. My 7 iron used to be my 150 yd club. I then invested in lessons on and off for 5 years with the same teacher. We started from step 1. Now I'm a 12 hcp and I hit my 7 iron 180 yds. For a hacker like I was no club will ever help you. Go get some lessons. For a mid or low hcp clubs can make a significant amount of difference.
  6. 1st off I'll assume you mean an uphill approach shot not a downhill shot. Pros of clubbing up are you will reach the green. Can't think of any cons.
