  1. No EBay does that to hide the identity of the people buying the product nothing to worry about.

    Eagles?

Nearly had one a few weeks ago got on in 2 from about 15 ft out left it about 4 inches to short..:(
  3. 104..played good to end the round 2 pars and a bogey but reall struggled in the middle of the round because of the slow players in front of me..I couldn't get anything going having to wait for 5-10 min. between shots (it seemed like) cause they had to line up every shot. Oh well I'm happy, I am very confident I will break 100 next time I play that course.
  4. Same with me I rarely get the oppurtunity to retire a ball any other way.
  5. Ended the weekend with a 105..apparently I forgot how to golf in my few years away from the game. Will be playing again on Tuesday HOPING I don't shoot another 100+ round. I NEED a 99.
  6. 105 today...really really really struggling. Played one of the tougher courses in the area and it seems like when I would make great contact it would find some marsh or wetland area and I would be forced to take a drop. Not one single par..hoping to get out for another round this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
  7. I play ProV1x just because I like the feel of the ball. I seem to play better with it..probably mental, but whatever works!
  8. 106...WAY to many penalties today, very disappointed. Missed a lot of stroked on putts that I should have hit. The course was way to wet as they really over-watered today.
  9. Whitney Oaks is very tough, I played Turkey Creek this morning and had some nice shots (got on 2 on a par 5) but still didn't play to well. I would really recommend it. You should try it out sometime, I really like the GPS on the carts that tell you how far you are out.
  10. Glad to see a fellow Sacramento area golfer! I played Whitney Oaks yesterday and will be playing Turkey Creek tomorrow. I am not very good as well, but really enjoy being out there hacking away.
  11. I don't like it when I hear someone say 'Get in the Hole' from 200 yards out RIGHT after the golfer made contact..not knowing where the ball in heading or anything.
  12. 2003 Lexus IS300..very fun to drive.
  13. I hit a 45ish foot putt today to save birdie..complete luck no way I will be able to do that. The other I had a chip in, good for me considering my previous chips didn't do ANYTHING.
  14. Congrats on it all and 1 putting most holes...NICE. I will take a 2 putt and call it a great day..I don't have many great days.
  15. I used to do that, some people would get some irritated thinking I was going to shank one, backwards and hit them..it was crazy. I really liked doing that though to work on my pitching.
  16. Hello all, looking forward to some good golf talk. Hopefully some other members are from the Sacramento area..would like to get their opinions on courses in the area. Glad to be here, the form looks very impressive/informative. I downloaded the demo of the Scorecard2 and likely will purchase it once I use my free five rounds. Enough rambling, I'm glad to be here!
  17. I am pretty much brand loyal I try to stick with Callaway for my driver/woods/irons. I like the feel of them and they seem to give me the most success. For my putter I use an Odyssee putter that I really like. Balls I like Titlelist..so I guess I am sorta brand loyal, but not totally. :)
  18. Goals: 1. Gain confidence in my driver 2. Play at least 4 rounds a month (tough with work/school) 3. Re-Establish my handicap I am sure the list will grow, but that is what I have at the moment.
  19. I wish I could get the junior rates, take advantage of them! I always am searching for the cheapest 18 hole course, it's tough, but the deals are out there.
  20. First time golfing in three years today, played Whitney Oaks (Course outside of Sacramento) and shot a 90. Some hideous shots, but a few pars and birdies. By the end of the round I felt I was striking the ball better and overall was happy.
