The problem I have with this, and apparently others do as well is IF Tiger thought he saw the ball oscillate, of course he stopped moving things further to prevent it from then moving. I don't see why this is a difficult concept. Its been said a bunch of times but it seems to bear repeating that it's easy to see the movement in HD, slow motion, and from the angle recorded. What would it look like from above? I can't say as I wasn't there. If this is anyone but Tiger, and they said they thought the ball oscillated, people would not be making such a big deal. He took a 2 stroke penalty, what more do you want?

Why? I love the move by Dufner, but it wouldn't have been a dick move to keep the earnings of a bet won square and fair IMO. It says more about Dufner's class to return the check than being a dick if he hadn't.

Congrats to Phil. Westwood and Mahan did pretty much exactly what I expected them to do. I was rooting for Tiger but he just never looked like he was comfortable or wanted to win IMO. Also, I wish announcers would stop describing golf shots as "courageous". I can think of lots of good reasons to use the word courageous and a golf shot isn't one of them. Seems like a very underwhelming way to use the word.

87 today. Had 3 3-putt bogies. That is so frustrating. Also I tripled the 18th. Kind of a downer to finish but overall a good round.

I'm actually having a very similar experience. After getting the last book I decided to do a full read through the entire series first. I probably have at least a couple of months before I get to the last book. On the one hand, I really want to know what happens and othe other hand I sort of don't want it to end...

I did not realize there were other WOT lovers on this forum but I guess I should not be surprised. I will second what Ernest Jones has said. On topic, I never did play any old school RPG type games. We had an Atari and then Nintendo so it was all electronic for me.

Much ado about nothing if you ask me. We get way to caught up in who supports who and what (see TM CEO thread . I see nothing wrong with Chris Broussard voicing his beliefs, Jason Collins voicing his, and Bubba voicing his. None of them has said or done anything illegal. And no, it doesn't bother me when people thank God after a win

I'd much rather hit from grass, but mats aren't the end of the world. They're definitely better than not hitting. It is important to recognize that mats can mask bad swings, especially fat shots. I think you can learn to recognize when you hit it fat though. Remember: practice on mats is better than no practice!

Shot 92 on the closest thing I have to a home course (meaning I play there more than any other club). I think I played much better than my score indicates. I can think of three good reasons why: 1. I made several stupid mental mistakes, one of which lead to a snowman. 2. The ace of play was all jacked up today and I waited on every tee for substantial amount of time on the back nine. I was just ready to go by the last couple of holes. 3. With the cold weather and rain we've had recently the greens and areas right around the, are just in terrible shape. I was never able to find any rhythm on the greens today. Had 3 GIR that I 3 putted. So, overall I was happy with my play.

I've whiffed a couple times in recent memory. It's happened in the midst of a very bad round when nothing is working. Embarrassing for sure, but I counted the strokes.

Wow, I forgot all about this thread, lol. I occasionally struggle with a push still, but it almost always happens when I "stand up" in my shot. Usually only takes one or two and I get it back under control.

Played my first round of 18 at home for this season. It was cold, it was breezy, and the course was soaked. But the sun was out and I was playing golf. I shot 94 with 6/14 FIR and 4 GIR.

You must know different people than I do. I don't know anyone who has arms that like his and doesn't work out. That being said, he's in great shape and I am envious of his arms.
