  1. I think you are waaaaay over estimating how much people think/care about what you do or don't do.
  2. I was referring to your statements ATTEMPTING to guilt people into tipping. And my my short game is the only thing affecting self confidence at the moment.
  3. Guilt^ is what tipping is based on.
  4. I have a pair. They are good, especially for the price. Can't speak to how they perform in the heat and humidity. I'm too smart to wear pants in the summer.
  5. From all these tipping posts, I've gathered that I can afford the initial fee and monthly to join a private club but the tipping would bankrupt me.
  6. When you literally spend everyday all day in the sun, it's has less to do with comfort and more to do with protections. Otherwise you would be extra crispy melanoma bacon.
  7. You may be a robot.
  8. Here in Texas, the phrase "if you don't sweat" sounds like science fiction.
  9. Science doesn't agree. "To help the sweat evaporate, you want air to flow over your skin — as much of your skin as possible."
  10. In Texas with the heat, and more importantly the humidity, I would not play between April and October if I had to wear pants. The humidity drains your soul and eventually your will to live.
  11. After Wolff's golf coach said it on Driven, "His swing is so repeatable." Now every forum golf pro keeps saying that about him. Oh, that swing is so repeatable. I got news for you, every PGA pro's swing is very repeatable.
  12. Thanks everyone. I'm looking into aimpoint. How many of you took a lesson vs the video?
  13. Never been really good at reading greens but the last 6 months or so it's seems to be really bad. Yesterday, I shot 81 and 8 putts in the 3-6 foot range, some for birdie some for par and only made 1. All misreads. My feel for speed has been pretty good but unless it's a tap in, it ain't going. I see no break, it breaks 6 inches. I see a ball outside it goes straight. I'm lost. Tips?
  14. My wife and I are going to Scotland at the end of the month. Not a golf vacation but this is the 3rd time we've been, we love it, and I've never played golf there. Want to try to squeeze in a round this time. We are splitting our time in Fort William and Dunvegan. Any recommendations? I would need to rent clubs as well. Thanks in advance.
