It really depends what you need the most work on.
For me i work on 1 thing per day, and i alternate. example: monday:irons, tuesday:approach, pitching Wedsnesday: short game and etc.
Then again i practice about 4 times per week, and go out once a week.
But when you practice, take time hitting the ball instead of mindlessly hitting them. Reset your body after 3 balls and pretend its a real game. try to focus on your alignments. I know it might look gay, but bring a camera or a mirror with you and set it up. post what you are doing and that way you will improve 3x faster.
