  1. One of the best course to play is Coyote Hills in Fullerton. It is the only course ever desinged by Payne Stweart. Very close to where you will be and should be under $100.00
  2. I just got the chance to try those putters and the new irons coming out at a Golf Galaxy event. The putters look and putt very well and the new Irons are as close to Mizunos as anything I have ever hit.
  3. The one in my avatar chrysler 2005 crossfire SRT 6 very fun to drive, very fast and I can get a set of clubs in the back. Mine is black
  4. I agree with above 100% Tiger is an arogant a** hole that is finaly showing his true colors. She did not deserve this no matter what, nor did his kids.
  5. Most of the golf stores and online ones have them. I bought my son the callaway one last year very cool bag for around $50.00 if I remember right.
  6. I have been saying for years( and getting flamed for it)that tigerwas not a good human being and was allowed to get away with things no one else did. Now we see what he really is. This is not just about bad judgement it is about him feeling he can do anything! He was allowed to do this by the GC and all the other broadcast companys and magazines. TIger was invincible as was his caddy. Well now he is done. He will never get his marriage back to where it was, that trust is gone forever. For me golf is way bigger then any one person, it will survive and go on maybe the prize money will go down but so what, it is out of hand anyway. I for one am already sick of hearing about him. He is getting what he brought on himself, not so invincible now is he? Sponsors are dropping him like a hot rock and his downward spiral will continue. I hope he never plays again.
  7. Erkle does it again and gets away with it!! His bad behavior is not random and it is time it was stopped. When you are the hightest Paid pro EVER fines don't really mean much. It is time the viewers do something. Erkle gets more air time then anyone for me the GC is the biggest culprit, can they kiss his ass anymore then they do now? I stopped watching the new Big Break after the second show with all the whining. Is this the way golf is played now? Is it ok now to throw clubs swear on TV let your caddy be a bully and all the other things Erkle gets away with? Lets try and remember this is supposed to be a game that is differnt then other games where you call a penalty on yourself, not only if you get caugth! Where a certain "higher standard" is part of the tradition. Behaving like a ass is not supposed to be part of golf. Erkle is allowed to be what he is by us the viewing public. You can all make excuses for him but you know it is wrong and the posts on this forum prove it, from what I read most seem to think what he did was wrong and it is about time. PGA tour / Golf Channel are you listening?
  8. Until December of 2008 I was an operations manager for a small cabinet shop. In December of 2008 had my 2nd heart attact that led to bypass surgery. With economy the way it is no job to go back too. So if anyone needs a smart good worker in the Denver metro area let me know, would love to have a job again.
  9. You should jump on the 91 freeway and head for Riverside County there are some very nice courses within an hours drive away. One of my favorites was Mennifee lakes 27 holes semi private nice range great food. I would also play Coyote Hills in Fullerton, a bit pricy but really interesting course. The only course co designed by Payne Stewart and has the highest tee box in the OC. Your right about the prices but there is some great courses there.
  10. I live in the Denver Metro area, you will be able to play most of the year a bit chilly at times but not that much snow on the ground for long. I would also suggest Mizuno's great clubs
  11. Six Mizuno Cimmaron blades Mizuno MP 60'S Mizuno MP 33'S MacGregor VIP'S ( TIN Cup Set) Snake Eyes Viper tour Snake Eyes TC 01'S
  12. They would do just fine. I have been playing for 25 years and although my body is worn out am playing better now then ever. The equipment is so much more forgiving now IMO mostly the ball.
  13. Congrats and welcome to the club. I have been playiong MP 60'S for the last 2 years. I was using Hogan bldes before that and Played abit with some MP 33'S all great clubs . then was cleaning out my storage binm and found a set of Cimmarons ( blades) I had forgot I had evn bought 4 years ago at the Golf Expo, reshafted them with apollo stepless shafts and they are MONEY. So now Mp 60'S and MP 33'S are for sale. Any one interested PM me.
  14. Jack by far. He did all he did with lousy equipment compared with todays, no tour vans to tweak his clubs, terrible golf balls not one made for him. Tiger has so many advantages, yes he is good but he also has no worrys about money is payed to show up many times. Travels in his own jet with his own cook etc. , has golf balls made just for him. Gets away with way to much by him and his caddie. I am not a tiger fan.
  15. I have a set of these for sale with rifle 5.5 shats in great shape. 4 -pw shoot me a pm if interested
