kj is the man holdin it down for asia i hope he wins a major in his career.

dont worry shinujk1 i was only angry on the Mp-60 R7-TP thread cuz i thought u were off topic, no hard feelings. anyways i think that blades should be reserved for stronger players who have no problems with pure ball striking. Blades do not go farther, its that they're more workable. Thats not something i think a 12+ handicapper needs in general.
-
ur a real ****in ******* man whether or not hes lying about how good he is has nothin to do with the thread. he just wanted to compare two sets of irons not have u preach about how terrible and stupid he must be. He may be completely lying about how good he is but thats not something that you should ruin the thread over; i think most people here would agree with me on that
-
ya shinujk1 ur an ******* never hit mp-60's but i hit the r7 tps at a range today and loved them. they were consistant and pretty easy to hit, though i dunno how they feel on actually grass insted of a mat.

whoa those nike things are crazy, they cost alot? btw i have oakley half jacket black iridium with the xjl frames, love them they block sun and sharpen contrast
-
yea seriously you should have fought that *******, you can't just demand to search through someones bad because you think you lost your ball. You (the club champ ahole) hit a bad shot, get over it and find you damn ball dont blame the guy you almost just killed. thats what i hate about golf, it attracts so many f*****.....

http://www.cgdiscountgolf.co.uk/images/lukedonald.jpg it looks like a reverse C to me, and just watch him and alot of pro golfers finish like that. I dont think a reverse c is the end of the world
-
http://i.pga.com/pga/images/events/2...405_donald.jpg some of the best in the world have reverse c finishes (see luke donald). if you are hitting it well i wouldn't worry bout it

god do i hate wie, and it takes alot for me to hate a fellow asian lol. she has talent, but she refuses to focues on the LPGA, her play on the pga tour is just a stupid novelty. "oh lets go see Michelle miss the cut again!". i dont even have a problem with women playing with men, if annika wanted to do it again, thats her prerogative. But michelle wie hasnt proved anything, she has as many LPGA titles as i do...0.0

ya when u really change them is of course personal preference, but when the quality of play from them drops significantly, its time to move on. My RAC LT's have browning marks on the face from contact over 3 years, but replacing them has only just become a thought.

slightly off topic, but due to his recent death i think its fitting that we pay tribute to the family of marquise hill. http://www.patsfans.com/stories/disp...?story_id=3107 anyone who doesn't know him, he was a backup DE out of LSU, 2nd round pick in '04.

I need advice on wedge purchase
asianpsuation replied to hjimzaf's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
i dunno what ur game is like, but the callaway x-tour is a really really really good wedge. I am on the verge of buying myself some again ( i used to have a 60 xtour that wore out after a while). The spin milled are also great, buy after having owned both of them, i really like the xtours, they spin so much man. -
i'm very excited to see what brandon meriweather can do, his athleticism will be a welcome addition to a strong secondary. I wonder if they'll move eugene wilson to CB and let Meriweather get a crack at the starting FS position. I'm not too happy with asante Samuel's demands, he wants more money than nate Clements....Ty Law V.2? maybe

Drivers....open faced ones
asianpsuation replied to tembolo381's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
the tour issue exotixs i think its called proto or tour, thats 2 open and it kills the ball. comes stock w/ aldila vs proto too -
Titleist 905R w/ matrix Ozik Tp-7x xstiff shaft...man that would be nice (just dont think about the 1000 dollar price tag that comes as an accessory)

Pulling the ball REALLY bad all of a sudden
asianpsuation replied to green6767's topic in Instruction and Playing Tips
yea, a pull almost always means over the top. If you have a good path and close the face, ull hit a hook of some kind, so a pull usually means over the top. http://www.golf.com/golf/instruction...586118,00.html an article about the pull, and how to fix it. -
Adams Irons - Dumb Question
asianpsuation replied to missin44's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
first question: good deal, they are over 400 new at tgw.com, so used theyre prolly around 250-300 second question: GW stands for Gap Wedge, it does exactly that, fill the gap between pitching wedge and sand wedge. The pw ususally is around 47-48 degrees, and the sw is usually 56 degrees. big gap...the usually 52 degree gap wedge fills this gap quite nicely, very usefull club in my opinion. -
Scotty Cameron, whats the big deal?
asianpsuation replied to PBCgolfer's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
im kinda 50/50 on your thoughts. I borrowed my friends Newport Stainless while he was on vacation, and took it to the course a couple times. I had no problems with my putter at the time (TM corza monza), but hell why not try the scotty. I gotta say i didnt notice any dramatic improvement in my putting, which didn't suprise me. But it looks incredible, and you just feel like your putting with a bently or somethin like that. So is it worth 3hundo? hell no, but its a beautiful looking paper weight... for 100 bucks id get one tho. -
New TaylorMade "Burner" Driver...WOW!!!
asianpsuation replied to mrbillinoc's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
i demoed a burner at a recent demo day, and it was very very long. but i just cant stand over a driver that feels about 10degrees shut at adress...maybe the tp version is better. its a great feeling club i just dont like its adress -
couldn't agree more, it seems every time tiger doesn't win i see articles saying "What's wrong with Tiger" and "Phil's chance to be #1". Tiger's only human, and i think 9 for 13 ain't bad man...Tom Brady would love that completion percentage in football, barry bonds would love that batting average, and tracy mcrgady would love that fg %...and it's golf were talking about. p.s. screw you rory, even with tiger playing sub-par he finished higher than you...quite "beatable" right. any guess when people are gunna have to "Rory" proof golf courses??

lately ive been hitting nothing but pushes, from driver to PW. The strange thing is that my divots are all pointing at me, as if i was coming across the ball. But i can't be coming over the top, cuz the ball doesnt start left, and my driver isn't slicing, its just pushing. Any reason why my divots look like they do, and how the hell do i fix this..

Cures for Swinging Over the Top
asianpsuation replied to Soxx22's topic in Instruction and Playing Tips
damn i struggled with the over the top stuff for at least a year, it sucks so much and it gets really frusturating. the one thing that seemed to really stop it was when i decided to change my move off the ball. i began to keep the clubface square "looking at the ball" for as long as i could, and i started to hit it much straighter. Other than that try putting a tee in the ground like 2 inches behind and 2 inches above the ball you want to hit. My crappy drawing should help u come from the inside. good luck man, coming over the top is no fun. ---2'----Tee O(ur ball) -
Rant: Newport 2...why the insert :(
asianpsuation replied to beung's topic in Clubs, Grips, Shafts, Fitting
i love the look of the newport stainless, but now that you mention it the colored circles do kinda make it look dumb. imo the best scotty ever was/is the Pro Platinum, nothin beats that one man..
