Somewhat looking forward to this winter because I am going to start working out to come back stronger in spring. I will continue to be out on the golf course as much as I can though.

It depends on the weather, if it is hot and humid get a small-medium bucket 50-80 balls and take it slow. If it is cooler outside then I can do 100+, until I feel comfortable with what I am working on.

I had my clubs stolen one week ago today. It SUCKS I know how you feel, keep checking craigslist, ebay, stores near you to see if stuff shows up.

This has happened to me a few times before. Just last week in a tournament I posted a +1 37 on the first 9 and then came back with a horrible +11 47 on the second nine!

Thanks guys. But in regards to Shorty that was my brother. I usually swing very slow and coming off a disappointing bogey on the last hole, I was a bit hot so that is why he said that. haha

I am 5'7 and I had the driver shortened to 45 inches but I agree, it might be a little big still. Thanks for the insight and I did hit that one 250.

I have recently gotten a new driver and for the first week I was hitting it perfectly. Now all of a sudden I am hitting it on the heel of the club. I have tried to stand farther away from the ball and the same happens, unless I really exaggerate it and stand uncomfortably far away from the ball. Can you give me any tips on what to do to hit it more in the center of the club. Thank you. - Eric

^^^^I recently ordered some of the TX4 Wilson Staff balls and they are great. With the urethane cover they still give you a lot of spin and control around the greens. I would definitely suggest these, especially because of the price!
