Doesn't sound like it can get any worse. I had a terrible 2009, and 2010 was just a year to dig in and make it through. Feeling good that 2011 will get me back to normal.

Plays LAUNCHING themselves at other players and leading with their helmets is dangerous to both the hitter and the guy being hit. I don't think all the fines have been fair, but I think the NFL is doing the right thing.

Might be worth seeing if you can get just a few lessons from a swim coach. Might really open up some variety for you in your routine.

AMEN! Credit cards are evil. If it will save you money, DO IT! My wife and I stopped using credit cards years ago. Have never regretted it.

Talking is the key to just about everything with your children. I have friends who complain that their kids won't tell them anything about school. I've played a game with my kids almost every day after school since first grade. They have to tell me: the best thing that happened that day, the worst thing that happened that day, what they had for lunch, and one thing they learned in class. Most of these things end up branching out into other subjects too. If you just ask "How was school" they'll just say "good" and move on.

We like to visit microbrews whenever we can. Living in KC area I love the Boulevard line of beers, especially the unfiltered wheat and pale ale.

Keep Benson. If healthy he'll always produce some yards and a few TDs. Hopefully he's not one of your top two backs though.
