I am not sure how this turned into a fake club debate but my clubs are a registered set at titleist.com.Say what you want about plastic bag's, bubble wrap , head covers Etc. but mine are real authentic iron set that have been registered with titleist.

I use these covers on my irons I play with because I like them.They keep the bag rash off of them.Seriously though as far as the fake comments go most people cant even break 90 and it doesnt have anything to do real or fake with clubs.If bobby jones could play with the clubs he did and score the way he did back then I dont see any reason why people get so wound up over this topic.All I would like to say is if you would like to see or buy my clubs please email,post here ,but please dont comment about stupid shit its really childish and not needed in a place like this.

I agree that they play almost identical with the exception of the v1x seems to travel higher than the penta.Hey shorty thanks for slamming me about my opinion on the golf balls , totally not called for.So my assesment ( and I am a .05 hcp ) of the prov1 and my callaway iS are very similar , they both have the best greenside spin that most low handicappers want ,if you dont want any greenside spin you must check your technique because you certainly need that control for different shots around the green.The only difference in the two are the callaway penetrates more with a boring trajectory than the v1 .Greenside spin is crucial when chipping and different shots around the green that is why they make urethane cover balls and there priced the highest ,because these are scoring balls IMO.I would like to see someone make a black cat check up like a Urethane cover ball LOL.

I like both but the penta doesnt have the greenside spin like the prov 1.The ball I like the best of all is the callaway i S it is long off the tee fells soft and does exactly what I like around the green wich is lots of spin.

Come on everyone always says tiger is supposed to be the best there ever was in the game right ,(except me) then how is it the best guy in the world or used to be has such a hard time swinging a golf club anymore ,I mean come on is he that stupid he cant figure out and grove a swing if he really is the best. I personally think he is going down to where he needs to be because he has already hit his prime and now he is just a tour player like most guys .I just find it totally absurd that he has such a hard time getting this supposedly new swing I think its just a excuse hes giving for the shitty golf he has been playing.

Are you sure about that ? The # would be surprising if you actually knew .If I put a glove on it feels like im getting ready to it a home run and realy grip it.I never have understood the purpose of just a left glove anyways,is it to keep your hand baby soft ,if you say its for better grip then you obviously need new grips or is it to just look cool.I do have a set of winter gloves for when its real cold but I hate wearing those things,its like the difference between butt huggers and boxers for me LOL.

Best way to make a glove last longer is dont wear one ,I dont . Why do you need to wear a glove anyways except for rain ?

All the offset does is help generate lift for people that cant get the ball airborne.

+1 on that. The only thing I can add is that the local pga superstore's here are way worse than the golfsmith and the golf galaxy tops them all of the worst stores.I just go there to hit clubs.

Thats pretty good.The only thing I can add to that is a stiffer shaft will tighten the dispersion from the centerline alot and should also help square up the club face and produce more sweet spot center hits.

I never ever ,ever never hit off mats.I gives a false sense of hitting the ball.It highly magnifies the sweet spot sorta speak and makes bad shot great shots IMO.

How come nobodys mentioned callaway's high end ball ? I thought the penta was a pretty decent ball.The srixon I hated.The bridgestone was ok.The newest pro v1x was pretty good but the price wasnt.For the price and money top-flight gamer maybe.

For me atleast the hybrids are waaay longer than the iron.For my 3 hyrid im at about 230-235 and my 3 iron is about 210-215 and no im not boasting for those of you that are gonna come along and try to rip me ,im just stating my thoughts.

The thing im getting at is if your going to give a guy or a business (example Golf Tec inside Golfsmith here locally) $500 for 3 Lessons just for them to give you some knowledge about the golf swing and show you a video is totally absurd to me.I have had 1 lesson in my life and it was a total waste of money and time (and no Im not boasting about it im just stating a fact). The key in golf is understanding the swing and most importantly your swing because everyone is different until impact where it should be the same.I have said here repeatedly read books,magazines,look at the golf channel etc to gather info, the person who mentioned having a buddy watch you is a great way I had a friend who did that.You can become a good golfer in a couple years but hey if you got the money to blow on some instructor basically explaining what you could have learned elsewhere then I say go for it.I have seen so many people get lessons and they never help it just amazes me. If your set on getting lessons this is the only thing I would suggest that you do.Dont get lessons from someone where your just hitting a ball into a net,you need to be able to see the result's of what you are accomplishing and the range is the best place .

Listening to music while playing or practicing has been an asset to my game and would def. say give it a try.I use the earphones that came with my droid tuck the cables under my shirt and im golden.If im playing with someone I usually just leave 1 earpiece out..

Alot of good players out there.A buddy of mine plays the Nationwide and he says if you dont shoot 65-66 consistantly all the time in tournaments and thats the key in tournaments the he said just forget it . He said if he had it to do all over again he would choose something else to do for a living. He is 47 and has played the pga and nationwide for along time and is always on the road. I myself can shoot pretty good #'s but nowhere near where those guys are going to shoot.I always seem to run out of gas on the last 3 holes.

Sounds to me like you need a heavier shaft like the nunchuck, ozik matrix code 8, project x 6.0 to name a few.The problem with getting the club flatter and inside is #1 it feels good when its there at least it did for me but then you get those snap hooks or the high block to the right.I used to have the same problem and then realized I had my feet to far apart and was causing hardly no hip turn and when coming down from the top I would be all jacked up.I then narrowed my stance and started my up swing on more of a upright swing plane or what feels like im hitting a p-wedge , this has worked perfect because I get no more toe or heel hits and my swing speed has catapolted . These are just my opinions and everyone is different.Use what you can and good luck.

Lesson are over rated IMO .It all boils down to perfect practice and time into the game.I can hit a 6 iron 180 on a smooooth swing or jump on it and go 195-200 ,its all about club head speed and the ability to make perfect contact at those high swing speeds .
