New swing, new injury, go figure

I recently changed my swing from a bent left arm to a straight left arm at take back and I keep re-pulling my top left thigh muscle. Right where my thigh meets my torso. I pull it when I extend at my finish, but I never use to pull this until I changed to a straight left arm. Go figure. I think I pull harder through the ball now. Anyone have a good stretch or have a similar problem? Thanks.

Women's A30S Integrated Set (Driver, Irons, Bag)
Fairway Woods: SQ 3,5
Wedge: cg14 60 degree
Putter: Always changing
Ball: Ladies or ProV1Cart: 2.0

EDIT: Tried to use the youtube embedding but it didn't work for some reason.

2011 Goals:
* Improve club-head speed to 90 mph with the driver
* Ensure increased speed does not compromise accuracy
* Prevent overextending on the back-swing (left-arm is bending too much at the top)
* Relax arms initially at address ( too tense)* Play more full rounds (failed from 2010)
