I have a new set of irons that I just purchased last week.  I've played 27 holes with these clubs and maybe 100 range balls.  Now, while playing on Sunday I noticed that the little black cap that sits on top of the hosel (where it connects to the shaft) is loose on my gap wedge.  It doesn't seem like the head moved, just that the cap is not glued down properly.  These were bent to 2* flat and I'm thinking that that jarred this loose.

Should I be concerned about this or just put some super glue on it to keep it in place?

Were they bent by Mizuno at time of build or did you buy them off the shelf standard and then have them bent?

If it was done after build, then it is possible bending them may have loosened the ferrule (that's what it is called) if it comes out completely then just pop a bit of glue or resin under it and stick it back down, the shaft is glued to the head separately from the ferrule.

Much appreciated...now I know what it is called and feel more confident that it won't be a lingering problem.  They were standard clubs that were bent at the shop.  I'll just put a dab of glue on and go from there.  Thanks.
