I've had this GPS for almost two years now and have been really happy with it. However, after downloading the update a couple of weeks ago it now freezes on the black 'know your game' screen and will not boot up. I have contacted GolfBuddy support by email both in the EU and US and they have been the worst I have ever encountered - not a single acknowledgement to any email.
Have any other members with a World Platinum encountered this problem and been able to fix it? GolfBuddy just seem to have their heads in the sand.
