Not a bad start in my opinion... You have also come to the right place if you want to improve as well!
To start I would suggest reading and applying what is in this thread below.. Obviously the grip is your only contact with the club, so having the correct structure in your grip will really go along way.. If you have any questions about the grip you can ask in the thread below!
Then I would move on to the correct posture.. There is much misinformation on what the correct golf posture is out there, so the thread below will clear everything up, and this will really facilitate all the other movements going forward!
Next you should focus on a centered pivot and this will help you with keeping a steady head (which you do a pretty good job of by the way) and really put you in a good position at the top of the backswing.
I don't want to give you any more threads on specifics since this is a lot of stuff to digest.. However, I would also really suggest looking into the 5 simple keys learning system.. this will really prioritize for you what you should be working on, and give you a path for improvement.. This way you won't be bouncing around like I did a couple years ago without any improvement.
